I spotted this guy for the first time 20 years +1 day ago.

Just in case anyone is going through a rough time. Did you know that I met Zac when I was living in a super tiny low-income apartment, taking the city bus to and from school, eating a lot of $0.99 Ramen, and barely making ends meet with welfare?
Today, I have a beautiful home, a beautiful family, a Master’s degree, an incredible job that I love, a network of friends who uplift me, a skincare business, and a health and wellness consulting business.
We can only rescue ourselves. Zac didn’t save me, but he has made the journey more incredible than it ever could’ve been.
Here are the lessons, and I STILL utilize these.

Every day, we are only decisions away from creating a completely different life. If you aren’t sacrificing the small things for the big things, start.

When you truly learn to love yourself, love often comes banging on the door instead of being some elusive idea.
